In Hogwarts you have alot of spells. The most common spells are:

"Wingardium Leviosa." This spell makes things float.

"Expelliarmus." This spell will disarm your opponent.

"Lumos." This will light your wand up. 

"Avada Kedavra." This spell will immediately kill your opponent.

"Expecto Patronum." If you use this spell, you can call your Patronus to defeat the Dementors.
